Can be washed - Dip hair in a bowl of cold water mixed with shampoo (do not rub) , then remove it and dip it into a bowl with clean cold water. Once done, remove and use your towel to pat the water and then let it airdry in the shade.

How to use the ponytail:

1) Place your hair into a ponytail at the desired height.

2) Insert the clip on the ponytail in your hair , right above your hair bubble, make sure it is fitted securely.

3) Wrap the ponytail around your hair and the extra hair piece around the wrapped velcro

4) Once it has been securely wrapped around your hair , we advise to use a hair pin to further secure the ponytail and extra hair piece.

How to use Clip-ins

1) The Clip-ins come with clips attached to them . Use the clips to clip it in to the hair.

2) The Clip-ins come in different lengths

1.Minimize how often you run your hands through the hair to prevent frizz and tangling.

2.Use a wide-tooth comb to gently remove any tangles. Always start from the ends and work your way up.

3.For optimal maintenance, use our Refresh Bundle, which includes a specially formulated shampoo and conditioning spray. This helps preserve softness and extend the life of the hair.

4.Heat Styling

The hair is heat-friendly, but we recommend using minimal heat.
