SHIPPING POLICY

We use two main shipping couriers. For orders in the UK and EU we use Royal Mail. For International orders we use DPD as they are reliable, efficient and fast. However please note we do not cover custom fees.

We offer Next day services only in the UK.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to Hygiene and safety reason we do not provide refund or exchange once your order has been dispatched. If your order has not been dispatched please send us an email immediately so we can cancel the order and issue you a refund.
